I have two users on a PC, an Administrator account and a local user account. Unfortunately printing only works for the Administrator account. The printer in use is the HP Envy Photo 6255. We have not had any problems printing on user account for the past several years. We are using Windows 10. Have not made any substantial changes in my PC or Windows system. It just stopped printing. When we print from user account, it takes us to a window asking how we woul;d like to save our printed subject -- as PDF, scanned document, document, etc.... I am not a computer expert. Just a layman, so I have kicked the tires, so to speak. Diconnected and unplugged the printer. Restarted the compter. Run a troubleshooting program. Can you help??

Hi @ubos
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer.
I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.
You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.
Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
