The printer does have a USB 2.0 port so that shouldn't be an issue.
Connect it to your PC and use the HP Smart App to make the connection or use network protocol to make the printer connection if you have a home network and want to make it your network printer.
There is also an ethernet connection on the printer, so you have other wired network options.
It would have helped if you had stated which PC OS you are using.
