OfficeJet 4500 G510n

Can't get it to print or scan.

Virtual Agent says to download HP Smart.  HP Smart says it doesn't support my printer.

"Setup" can't find my printer.  I'm using USB connection because the wireless feature doesn't connect to my WiFi for some reason.

I've gone through all the steps for resetting router, computer and printer.  "Settings/Devices" shows my printer as being the default printer.  HP Print and Scan Doctor goes through all the diagnostic and shows no problem.  But when it tells me to print a test page.  Won't print it.  Then, says to print an internal test page.  It prints just fine.  Now what?????
