I see that you want to turn on auto off feature on your HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer for a longer time.
Please follow the steps listed below to change Auto-Off settings.
1. From the Home screen on the printer display, select Preferences.
NOTE: If you do not see the Home screen, press the Home button.
2. From the Preferences menu, select Auto-Off.
3. From the Auto-Off menu, select On or Off, and then press OK to confirm the setting. Once you change the setting, the printer maintains the setting.

I have two other HP printers. To get into the Power Management setting from the Control Panel, I tap Settings -> Power Management. The Envy apparently doesn't have the ability to increase the Auto-Off value. Unless there is some undocumented way to do so.
