Hi @ViliMastr, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
While setting up the printer, it fails to connect to HP cloud services, and an error message 'Unable to register the printer to your account' with the code OW_4XX_0WSWS00001 appears in the HP Smart app or HP Easy Start. Please complete the printer setup to register it to your account.
Please try the steps below,
1. Make sure the printer is ready for software setup
Check for any remaining packing materials and make sure the printer is in a ready state.
>Make sure all packing materials and tape have been removed. Open the cartridge access door and the paper tray to look for and remove any remaining materials inside the printer.
>Turn the printer off and then on again.
>Return to the error window in the HP Smart app, and then click Try Again.
>If the issue is not resolved, select Exit Setup, and then close HP Smart. Restart the printer, and then reopen HP Smart to complete the setup.
2. Restore printer factory defaults
Restore your printer to the default factory settings using the HP Smart app or internet browser to open the printer Embedded Web Server (EWS). Restoring factory defaults can help resolve printer setup issues, connectivity problems, and error messages.
Choose one of the following methods to open the advanced settings for your printer.
HP Smart app: Click the image of your printer to open the settings and management tools, and then click Advanced Settings under Settings.
Printer EWS: Open the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS) using the printer IP address.
From the EWS home page, click the Settings or System tab.
If you are prompted to log in or enter the printer PIN, enter admin for the username (HP LaserJets only), enter the PIN from the printer label, and then click Submit or OK. This label is typically located inside the cartridge access area or printer door.
Restore your printer to factory defaults.
For most HP printers, click Restore Factory Defaults or Factory under Restore Defaults. Click Restore Factory Defaults > Yes.
For HP LaserJet printers, click Service, and then click Restore defaults > OK.
Reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network, if necessary.
Please follow this document and try the subsequent steps - HP printers - 'Unable to register the printer to your account' error | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
