Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I have the printer already set up via WiFI and have now connected it to my desktop via USB. I try to install HP Easy Start and get through most of the installation (All information to be sent to HP, Finds Printer, I enter the PIN). When I get to the screen "Connected printing services" the Accept All button is disabled and it looks like there is a loading wheel in the middle that is half complete. I can click the button Manage Options, but the Continue button is also disabled.
I end up stuck and can't move forward in completing the installation. I have checked for windows updates and re-started the computer with no luck.
Thank you,
Ben
