Hi there, currently I am having a very obnoxious issue where I am unable to get support for my printer I just bought as the serial number isn't linked to anything on HP's end. I have already contacted a sales rep who had to talk to someone to get me a case reference number and so they're supposedly working on trying to reconnect the serial number on my HP-7602 with HP's servers or something along those lines. The issue I'm having is that I can't contact anyone on support to check my case reference number as this is my first HP product and so before I can check the dashboard where I would check my case, I need to enter a serial number for a product but obviously since the serial number isn't working and that's the issue it ends up being an endless loop of no help. If anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it. I've tried calling multiple times, I'm continuing to try to reach out to someone via a live chat but nothing seems to be working.

If you need to setup your printer Smart Tank 7602 in your Wifi network, then follow steps from the next video:
