I can't download the file at https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05900790
It's a driver for OS X 10.9 and newer (HP Printer Drivers v5.1 for OS X). I tried more than 15 times so far and every time, it finishes at different stages completing the download but not full, as it should be 572MB and it stops with 470MB or so and fails to install. The file is HPPrinterDriver5.1.dmg. Is there any other way to get it? Does it work with HP Laserjet CP1025 Color? I've seen it's not supported by Catalina. Wondering if I'll be forced to throw the printer that is working perfectly fine in the trash. Very disappointed.

@cviragh, Welcome to HP Support Community1
I see that you're trying to download the driver for your HP laserjet CP1025 Printer and the download failed, it could be an issue with the connectivity or the browser. I did try downloading the file from the link you shared and it all works fine.
I would suggest you try a different browser and check the network connectivity.
Keep me posted for further assistance.

I tried downloading it from Firefox and safari. Both failed the same way. Then I tried with another notebook (Windows) and Firefox and IE. both failed... I tried downloading a file from Netflix bigger than this and it worked fine. I suppose this is the ftp failing for some reason. Any other way to download from tcp/ip?

The driver you're trying to download is not compatible with the HP Laserjet CP 1025 printer. And also, there are no drivers available for the Mac OS 10.15 Catalina as you mentioned.
However, Gutenprint (formerly called Gimp-Print) provides open-source basic print drivers for many printers that would otherwise not be supported in Mac OS X. To see if your printer is supported, go to Gutenprint drivers for more information.
NOTE: Gutenprint drivers are not supported by HP or Apple.
As far as not being able to download the file it is something installed on the computer such as internet security software or a browser extension most likely. Disable the security and browser extension. You can also try power cycling the router and try again.
Hope this helps!

Hello. Sorry, but you repeating the same answer does not help. I explained the FTP fails both on a windows notebook with IE and firefox and a MacBook Pro both Firefox and Safari. I tried in another network (different provider) and same problem. It's probably due the FTP and distance... You downloading the file within your own company is not a valid test. Consider what your customer is experiencing to troubleshoot. Please consider placing the file somewhere else other than a FTP download and let me know. Maybe place it somewhere in a cloud folder and I can get it from there (like a google drive link).
My printer is not air print compatible, that's a Laserjet CP 1025 Color (not Pro).
Again, please put the file in a cloud folder or something like that.
Thank you.

Unfortunately, that is true.
Like I previously mentioned you can try Gutenprint drivers. If you need further assistance, reach out to the HP Support in your region.
Hope this helps!
