Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Unable to download HP Solution Center 9.0 when reinstalling the printer driver setup CD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Hi,

Download and install the software below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software10/COL19845/mp-52268-5/100_228_PS_AIO_02_Full_Net_enu_NB.exe

 

For a USB connection, do not plug the USB till being asked to do so while installing.

 

Please let me know of any problem, be sure to include as many details as possible.

Hello dear Shlomil. Thanks so much for your effort in trying helping my in solving my printer's issue. In fact I have downloaded, installed and reinstalled the same driver for my printer from HP Website a few times.but the HP Solution Center icon never downloaded with the driver which is supposed to such as the HP Photosmart Essential 2.5 which it did. I would appreciate it so much if you help me in solving this issue. Thanks so much.
