Product: HO officejet Pro 8020
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Had an HP officejet Pro 8620 that printerheads can no longer be found. I purchased a new Pro 8020 and it prints and copies fine but I'm unable to install-download drivers and software to scan documents. Going to 123.hp.com I can get to the site and unable to install...any ideas?

We have only have the HP Smart app for your os and you can download it from here

you may refer to  Install and Use the HP Smart App (Mac)
