Product: HP Envy Photo 6234
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been using this printer for over a year with no problems with installing any HP software.

However, just done a rebuild of my Windows 10 system so reinstalling all the software I need. Unfortunately I seem to be unable to download the Photo Creations software.

Depending which route I take I get either an error 12029 or DC18 which now leaves my printer unable to do any large scale photo prints.

I'm UK based but also tried VPNing to north america without any luck incase that was an issue.

Help please.

Guess I'll answer my own question.

This product was discontinued by HP late last year but you can still find it on their downloads web pages. How dumb is that.

I just purchased and have been trying to set up a brand new printer and the software is included for  installing so yes I agree that is really dumb.  Beginning to lose a little faith in HP
