Hello,

 

I have been having issues enabling web services on 8600 printer.  I just keep getting message that web services cannot be enabled.  I tried the following already:

  1. Factory reset the printer
  2. Used alternate DNS of 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
  3. Tried update the firmware using the utility online but it indicated 'Not Applicable' for status which I think means I have the latest firmware.

I have exhausted all possible solutions and none has worked.  Any suggestions as this is very frustrating.

Could it be the latest firmware that is causing these issues.  Your support site is very convoluted and there is no easy way to contact someone directly.
