Product: HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw

I'm trying to register my printer online but none of the boxes allow me to enter anything in.

Keyboard works and I can enter in other websites but won't let me enter any details on the registration page.

Anyone else experienced this? Any fixes?

 

I've tried to contact support but the virtual assistant is useless.

 

I bought my printer in Feb-22 but warranty expired before I bought it. It expired Dec-21
