If the printer is on the network,

Try the following:

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Network > Wireless (802.11) > IPv4 Configuration

Next, go to tab Advanced and adjust settings as wanted:

Network Interface on / off , Network SSID name , Security Settings , Passphrase / Password

Tab Network > Wireless (802.11) > Advanced

How do I know it is EWS capable? And if it isn't, then what? Your reply is more confusing than helpful. I hope I don't have to pay $80 an hour for someone to come to my home.

Understood.

I've edited my previous post and left in only the instructions to use EWS.

One more try and I will get out of your way...

Before you decide to pay for help,

If you wish, start a new question in the Community.

Another Expert might be able to better explain your options.

EWS works on most printers that are on your network.

This method works for most printers -

Find the IP address of your printer

Find the printer's IPv4 address

Print a Configuration Page

OR

Tap on the wireless icon on the Front panel of your Printer to get the IP address

Next,

If the printer is on the network,

If you know the IP address of the printer,

Try / Consider

Use your browser to open the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
