I used to be able to AirPrint to the HP 107W from my iMac 24 or my iPhone. However, it stopped seeing the printer even when it was connected via USB to my computer. I then deleted my printer from the Printer list and tried to add it on again. It doesn't see the printer. Grateful for tips on how I can get the printer printing again.

Hi @Mateen1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your HP 107W printer and AirPrint. It can be frustrating when your devices can't detect the printer, even when it's connected via USB. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve this issue.
Check Printer Connection:
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your iMac via USB cable.
- Make sure the printer is powered on.
Printer Settings:
- Access the printer's settings or control panel (if available) to confirm that it is set up correctly. Ensure it's not in an error state or offline mode.
Restart Printer and Computer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from power, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and power it on.
- Restart your iMac.
Check USB Cable:
- Sometimes, a faulty USB cable can cause connectivity issues. Try using a different USB cable to connect the printer to your iMac.
Reinstall Printer Driver:
- Visit the HP support website and download the latest driver for your HP 107W printer. Install the driver on your iMac.
- After installing the driver, restart your iMac.
Check AirPrint Settings:
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and make sure you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iMac and printer.
- Also, ensure that AirPrint is enabled on your printer. Check the printer's user manual for instructions on how to enable AirPrint.
Reconnect the Printer on iPhone:
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > Printers & Scanners.
- Tap on the "+" icon to add a new printer.
- See if your printer is detected when you tap "Select a Printer."
Reset Network Settings (iPhone):
- If your iPhone still can't detect the printer, you can try resetting network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note that this will reset all network-related settings on your iPhone.
Check Firewall and Security Software:
- Sometimes, firewall or security software on your iMac can block communication with the printer. Make sure they are not blocking printer connections.
Check HP Printer Software:
- Ensure that any HP printer software or utility on your iMac is up to date and configured correctly.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with your HP 107W printer and AirPrint.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
