HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I downloaded the Full Webpack installation software for the Pagewide Pro 477dw. Ran file as administrator and selected wireless install. The software identified my printer on the network. Once selected the software does it's thing and then ends indicating that the printer cannot be installed over the network. Any suggestions?

Is the printer properly connected to your wireless network? These printers support both wifi direct and connection wirelessly to an existing network. It is possible that during initial install it detected the printer automatically but when it came to completing the install because of the wireless disparity it failed.

Printer is connected to Wi-Fi (has IP address).  I have Wi-Fi Direct turned off.   All other laptops have access to the printer. I may do a factory reset on the pagewide to see if this clears it up.
