Unable to install an HP Envy Photo 7858 print driver on Windows Server 2019

Can no longer print to my hp Envy Photo 7858 printer from my laptop running Windows Server 2019. Cannot find a standalone print driver for this printer that can be installed (again) on this laptop. The hp Easy Start is not supported.

• Windows Update: Check if Windows Update can automatically detect and install the appropriate driver for your printer. Sometimes, Windows Update can fetch the necessary drivers for various devices.
• Compatibility Mode: If you have the driver downloaded but it's not installing, try running the installer in compatibility mode. Right-click on the installer, go to Properties, navigate to the Compatibility tab, and select an earlier version of Windows (like Windows 8 or Windows 7) from the dropdown. Then try running the installer again.
