Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using the scan menu on HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw, I want to be able to choose Scan to PDF but it is not available.  I have downloaded the hp software for Windows 10 but always get an error message after it gets to 99% saying that it's taking too long to install.  Any ideas?

Fixed it!

Had been connecting via a good USB cable but installation via downloaded software was not happening.  Switched to wireless and it installed perfectly!  Scanning to PDFs now!
