Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having a complete nightmare with this printer. Its already stopped working on one PC and support cant fix it. Was working on another pc, but now also stopped.  Have tried to uninstall everything and reinstall software package but get error 2753 on installing. I took a fresh version of software directly off website. There was also a firmware update, but unable to install it. I tried the app which recognises the printer but says status not installed. 

 

I found this old thread and tried this but no difference

I am ready to throw the printer in the bin and buy one from another manufacturer as it has been problematic the whole time i've owned it as software/drivers always corrupting.

 

can someone give me an idiot guide to completely remove every scrap of HP from the computer? I thought by uninstalling software via control panel and deleting every HP folder i can find would fix it, but no.
