Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought two HP Portable P500 1TB SDD Drives. Both stopped working within a week of eachother on seperate computers. unabel to keep them working for more than a couple minutes. Unable to register them, Serial Numbers not recognized. unable to find Warranty status, SN not recognized.
