Im trying to setup my printer and it keeps saying unable to register printer and I cannot connect with anyone to resolve the issue. I have reset the printer to factory settings twice already and my network is connected. I’m not sure what to do but I need this printer to work properly.

After attempting to set up your printer with the HP Smart app, the setup fails and an error message or code displays. 

 

Errors can occur if the HP account cannot be activated, the network connection is not working, or the printer hardware setup is incomplete.

 

Locate the error message you received below, and then follow the steps listed in the link below to resolve the issue.
