Hi
suddenly I'm not able to scan using the HP Smart App in Windows 10.
I can scan with the other tools but I lilke using the HP Smart App.
As you can see in this video I tried without login on to the cloud services and with.

I've reinstalled the software HP Smart and also the printer itself.
I've tried looking for an old version of the HP smart software but i couldn't find it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Greetings from Belgium

Hi
thx for the quick respons. I tried your steps but nothing changed. If I click the "scan" butten then it still says scanning is currently unavailable. (that's translated from dutch to english).
while translating I found this message that had the same problem:
I created a new user on my computer and tried again and with the new user it works. So my printer or connection is not the problem.
I tried removing all entries of "hp smart" out of the registry and reïnstalled the software but no success.

You are welcome.
Too bad the suggestion was not helpful....
OK.
The proffered solution was a guess - there have been reported issues with the app having been auto-updated with some odd consequences apparently as a result of that update.
I edited my previous post to remove the suggestion - it is specialized to one type of issue and worthless in light of your comments.
I would guess the post you found is closer to the solution than anything I can offer at this time.
