When selecting Paper Type, I am relegated to just "Plain Paper" or "Glossy Paper". Not long ago, I was able to select from dozens of paper types. This is no longer available and I would like it back. In fact, just 4 days ago I was able to select "Thick Paper" in order to print an award for an employee. That is no longer an option.

Windows updates often swap the HP print driver for a Microsoft IPP driver which offers way fewer options. To check on your PC got to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. On the next window that opens click on the advanced tab and check the name of the driver shown.

You can use the drop down arrow to see options and select the HP driver that was previously used if it does show as a Microsoft IPP or V4 driver.
