Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded the software and the software is seeing the printer. But it says "Not Applicable"

 

I know the firmware is extremely dated and I would like to update it.

 

I tried to enable web services but that failed as many times as I tried. I even set my dns to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4

 

please help 🙂

If you are getting the message Not Applicable it means the Firmware is not for your printer and you cannot force download it and neither it is recommended to do so

Then how am I supposed to update the firmware on my Printer. It is running stock firmware and is extremely out of date.

 

Firmware Version: CKP1CN1829AR

 

I am unable to enable web service either due to this issue.

Yes. That is the firmware that I downloaded. My printer is coming up greyed out and it is saying Not Applicable.

I already completed a full reset before I submitted this forum post. Would a semi full reset be any different than a full reset?
