I am unable to print on both sides as the prompt does not show up to print the other side. I have re-installed the required driver multiple times and it's been no good.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with printing on both side of your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
