Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer

Hi,

I recently relocated and am unable to change the wi-fi settings as the printer is locked. I dont know the username and password to unlock the printer to change the wifi settings. Can you please help? I have an HP Officejet Pro 8028e.

I understand you moved and the printer is not able to change the Wi-Fi settings as the printer is locked

 

May I Know if you have relocated to a different region If Yes Then, where was the printer purchased? 

And please let us know where are you located now.
