Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Does the  HP Officejet Pro 9014e come with a cable to plug from printer to computer.  Also When setting up, the lid does not want to lift up to expose the printer cartridges, it feels stuck.  Do you have to unclip something?

The USB cable is not included.

You need to lift the top and scanner together, if you lift the top first scanner part is locked.
