I have the same problems with OJ8630 trying to install ethernet connection in Win10 64bit build 1809.  Disabling all anti-virus and firewall programs made no difference and I went through numerous installation problem solutions from HP to no avail.  Something has changed recently because it used to work.

Yeah. Some says it is related to windows update. They reinstalled windows but I don't want to do that. I already personalized my PC to my liking and it is hard to start over again.
