I am trying to install a required software update (OJ8710_Full_WebPack_40.11.1148) to my 8710 series printer (8715). The installation program completes the first installation. On trying to install HPDropboxplugin.msi I get a message that the required program is on a different network and is unavailable. When I review the downloaded software, I discovered the requested program was not included with the update. In addition, the software is hard-coded to be installed from the computer Administrator which on most computers is disabled for security purposes. I have enabled the installed Administrator user but still could not do the upgrade of my HP OfficeJet Pro 8715.

Your suggestion that I install updates from the printer revealed that the latest updates had already been automatically installed. I did the test using a cable interconnect since I have been unable to restablish a wireless connection.
Although the update is installed, the issue of not being able to complete the installation from the computer , remains. Something is wrong with the installation software when it attempt to install HPDropBoxPlugin.msi since the software seems to be looking for a program that doesn't exist and appears to be hardwired to the Administrator directory.
Thank you for your answer.
