Done and tested.  Worked first time and I'm no IT expert.  Many thanks.  Just click the link in the response and select firmware update.

Hello,

I have the same issue (in France). When I click on the link to download the last firmware version, only HP smart or other not interesting tools are provided.  Where I can find a link allowing to download directly the last firmware version (8024) ?

I also tried everything, and the update won't work.

I live in Luxembourg, and when I check on the HP Support page for the printer there is no firmware available for download, even though there is a message at that there is a critical firmware update and to download and install it. When clicking on the Download and install link nothing happens except a refresh of the page, but no firmware appears.

 

@HP Please fix this issue.
