Your HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer is using a firmware version that will soon be obsolete. By updating it for free today, you will ensure that your printer continues operating securely and your HP Instant Ink service continues without disruption. Done this last week but received another email today saying the same but no updates are available.

If the printer has the updates already installed you do not have to worry. The email is only if you don't have the updates installed. It would have been sent to everyone with the HP Envy 4500 Printer.

I have the same issue, I received an email telling me I need to update my printer firmware otherwise my printer won't be supported after November. However, when I followed the instructions it said there was no update available.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
