To resolve the issue of your HP DeskJet 2820e printer/scanner not working after updating your desktop PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11, here are some steps you can take:

Driver Installation and Updates:
>Go to the HP Support website and search for the HP DeskJet 2820e.
>Download the latest drivers for Windows 11.
>Run the downloaded .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.
>Ensure your system is fully updated by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

Adding the Printer:
>Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
>Click on Add a printer or scanner and follow the prompts to add your HP DeskJet 2820e.
>Check the printer status to ensure it is online and set as the default if desired.

Troubleshooting:
>Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor app to resolve scanner issues.
>If the printer is not detected, ensure it is in wireless mode by pressing the Wi-Fi button and cancel button together until the Wi-Fi button starts flashing.

Windows 11 S Mode Considerations:
>If your Windows 11 is in S mode, only apps from the Microsoft Store can be installed, requiring a specific driver setup.
>If necessary, switch out of S mode by going to Settings > Update & Security > Activation and selecting Go to the Store under Switch to Windows 11 Pro. Note that this action is irreversible.

Compatibility:
