Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sorry to bother you, I had my desktop upgraded to Win10 because both Laptop and Desktop went blank [brought to Office Depot for repair]. Laptop is OK HP printing fine from there, but I am unable to use the printer with my desktop as that was the one upgraded to Win10. I am not tech savvy 😞  would you be able to help me with this??
