Since upgrade to Windows 11, Printer reboot gets as far as the Instant Ink notice, indicates I am not enrolled (I am). When clicking on the "hide" button on that page it goes to "printing alignment page" and freezes. Trying to shut it down, it freezes again. Never goes online to allow troubleshooting.

For whatever it's worth, (HP tech support unable to come up with an answer) I had not received new cartridges via Instant Ink for nearly two years. I believe the cartridges were empty or nearly empty. I think the upgrade to Windows 11 had nothing to do with it. I dragged out an older printer, plugged it in (not connected) and got the same Instant Ink message. (It was never enrolled)
I put new OEM cartridges in it, the message went away.
Ink is expensive but is reliable. Instant Ink is not.
