The "use setup cartridges that came with your printer" message is up and I no longer have the setup cartridges. I'm using 64XL cartridges and can't get past this screen. Tried going into the app to setup the printer around this problem but did not work. Please help

To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
