I recently bought a used printer and it was registered with a different account.  Unfortunately I cannot print with it because it will not connect to the internet.  It connects to my wifi but not the internet.  Pleas Help.  

Error code:UA_400_EB000U0422

You need to de-register the printer from the old account and only after that you will be able to register the printer under your name.

 

These requests are best addressed over the phone with our dedicated instant ink support team for your region.
