You'll need to install the full driver printer software.
You will need a way to get the software installation package onto the system - that does require that you have a connection to download the software, for example, to a USB stick.

Read the User manual - connect the printer to the computer using a USB cable (that you purchase) or you can connect the printer to the computer using Wi-Fi Direct > Wireless without the need for a router / network.
