Two problems.  First I don't have a WPS PIN.  Second, the display on the printer is stuck on "Printing alignment page"  It won't print the alignment page.

Hi@MarkRF,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing alignment issues with the HP OfficeJet All-In-One Printer. An ink cartridge alignment page prints every time you start a print job or turn on your printer. This issue usually occurs when a cartridge is replaced and the alignment process is not completed.

Please follow the steps below to isolate and resolve the issue-

Reset the printer

Turning the printer off, and then on again might resolve the issue

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

  5. Note: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

If resetting the printer does not resolve the issue, continue to the next step.

Complete the alignment process again

Print a new alignment page.

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

  2. Adjust the paper width guides until they rest against the edges of the paper.

  3. Print an alignment page.

    • Control panel (printers with menus): Open the Tools or Printer Maintenance menu, and then select the option to Align cartridges, Align printhead, or Print an Alignment Page.

  4. If your printer has a scanner, follow the directions on the alignment page to scan it and complete the alignment.

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

WPS password for HP printer is on the printer screen, you will find the option “WiFi Protected Setup“. Go to “WiFi Protected Setup” and select “WPS PIN“. Now a WPS Pin will be generated on your HP Printer. Remember this WPS pin will be there on the screen for 8-10 sec, after that you have to generate a new pin if it's not working.

Click on the wireless settings. Now scroll down. And look for wps that is wi-fi protected setup click on that click on the yes button. And it will show up two methods. Click on the pin.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
