Operating System: iOS

I have a wireless connection.  There is a hardware address (MAC). MAC address filtering may be enabled on your wireless router which can prevent your HP printer from connecting.

i don’t know what this means and I don’t know how to fix it.

i disconnected the printer overnight. Unplugged the router.  Any other ideas?

could you clarify your router brand and model, please?

 

This is likely related to your router's configuration which prevents the printer from connecting, I will try to guide you further what may cause a such.
