Want to turn off auto calibration whenever I turn the printer on.

Printer calibrates whenever I turn the printer on. Can't find a way to turn this off on my Deskjet 2755e.

If I understand what you are saying, the calibration and other movements are a standard feature of switching on the power to the printer.

Leave the printer switched on when you are not using it -- Printer will wake on occasion for self maintenance and stay in a low power mode the rest of the time. 

After being shut down and then switched on, the printer must go through a full startup and configuration.
