Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Getting fairly frequent (and annoying) dialog boxes asking to send printer information over the internet to authenticate my printer cartridges.
When I press the Authenticate button, a second message box appears stating "We are unable to access the internet to authenticate your cartridge".
Fresh install of up-to-date Microsoft Windows 11 64-bit.
Fresh install of latest Software and Drivers.
I tried to replace cartridges after the error popped up--didn't help.
