Web Jetadmin
Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Hello,

Until 10.5 (SR8), a third party PFX certificate having a CNAME (alias) of server host can be imported to enable SSL. After upgrading to 10.5 (SR9) recently, the import does not work anymore, erroring on Common Name on the certificate does not match the FQDN.

Is there any workaround?

Hello @Kuroi_Kenshi,

The HP Web Jetadmin version is 10.5.119509 (10.5 SR9). This is only related to the WJA only, not printers.

Thank you!

I also posted about this before I saw this thread:

Anyone find the solution?
