Product: HP PSC 1215 All-in-One Printer

My HP PSC 1215 "hangs up" with all of its buttons flashing (continuous error blinking) after sudden drops-out of electricity and won't switch on in a normal way afterwards. Please, advise which buttons I should press each such time to reset it to normal operating mode – the power cable disconnection/connection (as instructed in the video on this website tech support page) requires numerous attempts and doesn't always work for some reason (actually, it only worked once!). Thus, I have to repeat the procedure of switching it on/off and pressing the buttons randomly to occasionally bring the device back to its normal functioning, still, I'm not sure what exactly I've done when I do manage to succeed. Looking forward to getting the precise information on how to reset the unit by means of using the proper button sequence. (My official troubleshoot instruction manual is available but it doesn't mention anything about hardware reset to factory settings.)
