Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
I have an OfficeJet 6978. When I first got it, probably around 2016, I had it installed on my laptop and I had the HP ePrint+JetAdvantage On Demand software. The benefit of this: I could print from any application from anywhere with an internet connection and it was like I was connected directly to the printer. Did HP do away with this software? Now if I want to remotely print, I have to save the document as a PDF and then email it. The "old way" was much better. I'm not sure why HP changed this. Can anyone elaborate on this?
