The printer states that there is a problem, I will be unable to print until it is fixed and to check my account. However the printer is not listed on my account and when I try adding it it says that there is a problem

If your HP LaserJet M110w printer is not registering to your account and you are encountering errors, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
  • Restart your router and printer to refresh the connection.

Restart Devices:

  • Power cycle your printer by turning it off, unplugging it for a minute, and then plugging it back in and turning it on.
  • Restart your computer or mobile device.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer. You can do this via the HP Smart app or HP's support website.

Remove and Re-add Printer:

  • Remove the printer from your HP account:
    1. Log into your HP account on the HP Smart app or website.
    2. Navigate to "Devices" or "My Printers" and remove the HP LaserJet M110w.
  • Re-add the printer:
    1. Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
    2. Follow the prompts in the HP Smart app or HP website to add the printer again.

Use HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer.
  • Open the app and log into your HP account.
  • Add your printer using the app, which can sometimes resolve issues that the website does not.

Reset Printer to Factory Settings:

  • Resetting your printer can resolve configuration issues:
    1. Turn off the printer.
    2. Press and hold the "Resume" button (the button with a triangle) and the "Wireless" button.
    3. Continue holding these buttons and turn the printer back on.
    4. Release the buttons after 20 seconds.

I completed all the different methods multiple times but it still says there is an error. I cannot add the printer to my account. What do I do this is a relatively new printer that I have barely used.
