My printer wont connect with my laptop wirelessly and my phone won’t delete the printer as a device. My printer is not working and this has been a problem for over a month and no one is helping me. What do i do

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Restore network settings to default settings

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings.

2. Touch Restore Network Settings.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Connect the printer using Wireless Setup Wizard

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch (Wireless).

2. Touch Settings.

3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
