Product: HP Laser Jet Pro M15W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I attempt to print labels from a Word template on my HP Laser Jet Pro M15W they are misaligned.  It seems that the printer is reducing the image slightly so over a sheet of 24 labels only the first few are usable.

@jimhuc, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Have you tried printing other documents to check if that prints fine?

What type and size of paper are you using?

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

 

Check the print settings and the print preview before printing for any errors.
