When I print an envelope in Word I get a strange font. Won't let me change font

Have attempted to change font in Word but printer will not accept it.  Letters and other docs print fine.  Only issue is with envelopes.

Depends on what you are using.

For example,

• Manual Envelope document uses those Fonts available for Word
• Word > Mailings > Envelopes depends on the Fonts available in the "Envelopes" feature.
