Microsoft Windows 11

Have attempted to change font in Word but printer will not accept it.  Letters and other docs print fine.  Only issue is with envelopes.

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

Depends on what you are using.

 

For example,

  • Manual Envelope document uses those Fonts available for Word
  • Word > Mailings > Envelopes depends on the Fonts available in the "Envelopes" feature.
