When I try to print out my Wells Fargo bank statement, my hp5200 cuts off part of the last transaction and does not include it on the next page.  Effectively skipping a transaction.

Hi @DeanKrys

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It seems like your HP 5200 printer is having trouble printing the Wells Fargo bank statement correctly.

Bank statements have additional security for your privacy concerns, unlike normal PDF's.

I would suggest you to first download the statement and save it as a local copy and then try to print.

If the above steps do not work, then here are some steps to address this issue:

Adjust Print Settings:

Open the PDF file of your bank statement.

Go to "File" > "Print" and click on "Properties" or "Preferences."

Enable options like "Fit to Page" or "Scale to Fit" to ensure the entire content fits on the page.

Print as an Image:

In the print dialog box, click on "Advanced."

Select the "Print as Image" option. This can help bypass formatting issues.

Update Printer Drivers:

Ensure your printer drivers are up to date. Visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers for your HP 5200 printer.

Check Page Margins:

If the statement is being cut off at the edges, adjust the page margins in the print settings.

Try a Different PDF Viewer:

If you're using a specific PDF viewer, try switching to another one like Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader. Sometimes, the issue is with the software rather than the printer.

Download a New Copy of the Statement:

If the issue persists, download a fresh copy of the statement from Wells Fargo's website. There might have been an issue with the original file.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
