Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-n0000 (5B1T6AV)

I am trying to install my canon ix6850 printer via a USB cable . It says it can not see my printer although it is connected. When I plug the printer in the computer makes a sound and when I go into Device manager it is visible under USB connections . I have run HP printer solutions it finds the printer and says get installer when I press the button it comes up page not found

????    I uninstalled everything related to Canon and then reinstalled and it is now working  Thanks anyone who read this post
